¼ | cup ranch dressing, plus more for serving if desired |
1 | cup shredded mozzarella cheese |
1 | (16-ounce) package LLOYD’S® Seasoned & Shredded Pork In Original BBQ Sauce |
½ | cup shredded smoked Gouda cheese |
1 | Roma tomato, chopped |
2 | green onions, thinly sliced |
Directions
Preheat broiler. Split baguette in half horizontally, then in half crosswise. Place on a large baking sheet cut sides up and broil 3 to 5 minutes, or until golden brown. Lower over temperature to 400°F.
Spread ranch dressing over cut sides of bread, sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Top with LLOYD’S® Seasoned & Shredded Pork In Original BBQ Sauce and smoked gouda.
Bake 5 to 7 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bread is crisped.
Top with tomatoes and green onions. Serve with additional ranch dressing if desired.
