Ingredients
2 | small pineapples, halved |
1 | (16-ounce) package LLOYD’S® Seasoned & Shredded Pork In Original BBQ Sauce, heated according to package directions |
3 | cups cooked rice |
½ | cup sliced green onions |
Directions
Cut and remove centers of pineapples to hollow out. Chop up centers; reserve for garnish and to serve alongside.
Divide rice and pork between pineapple bowls. Garnish with chopped pineapple and green onions.
