LLOYD'S® Ribs may be prepared in the microwave, on the grill, or in a conventional oven. Instructions for preparation appear on the back label of the product. More detailed preparation instructions appear on the INSIDE of the back label.

TENDER - RESTAURANT-STYLE in CONVENTIONAL OVEN - where the meat falls off the bone! 1 hour 30 minutes (refrigerated or frozen)
1. Heat oven to 350°F. Remove ribs from package and place on sheet of heavy-duty* aluminum foil large enough to extend 3 to 4 inches beyond each end of ribs. Spread all the sauce over ribs, or save for later.
2. Spoon 3 tablespoons water over ribs. Wrap foil tightly around ribs.
3. Place foil-packed ribs in baking pan. Heat 1 hour 30 minutes (refrigerated or frozen).

Open carefully—HOT STEAM will escape.

*You can use two sheets of regular aluminum foil placed on top of each other instead of the heavy-duty aluminum foil.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from I could not believe it! I bought two of your St Louis Style Spare Ribs and was extremely disappointed with them. It's my understanding a St Louis Style Rib has the cartilage cut away as well as the excess flap that is in the area making the ribs more uniform and easier to eat. This was certainly not the case with the ribs I had. They were full of cartilage, odd shaped, hard to eat and very tough even after cooking them for two hours. This is a product that I will not purchase again.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from What happened to your St Louis Ribs? Purchased 3 packages of Lloyds Ribs to grill this weekend for the boys ( Husband and our 10 year son, Gage). Prepared the sweet corn and garlic smashed potatoes while the ribs continued to cook...I pride myself on grilling and BBQing and have always purchased these when I'm in a bit of s hurry. Unfortunately, these ribs came out very chewy and needed more flavor. These were definitely unlike the previous packages I have purchased, in which the meat was full of flavor and had the perfect bite - no tugging... Sigh!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Cooking Instructions ! ! ? Would have been handy to have the cooking instructions on the package. . . . and in print large enough for a person using 1.5 "readers" to read it. Thank goodness for camera phone (enlarge picture of text) and internet. Jeez cooking preseasoned ribs for a quick dinner turned into a monumental task.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Carefree meal I purchased 1 package to see if they were any good. Well, to our surprise we found them to be excellent! Meaty and tender. Bought more packages and took them on our boat and BBQ'd them. Passed them out to friends who also thought they were very good!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from St. Louis style vs Origianl Sam's club no longer carries the original style. Twice, I purchase the St Louis style. At the time, I did not know there were two styles. I will only buy the original style. The St Louis style has less BBQ sauce and the meat is not as tender.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from good stuff I have had these a few times and they always are very tasty. Lloyd's is Hormel's BBQ division and honestly they are so good. The sauce is great and the meat is tender without the greasy fatty racks.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great taste - lose the overly sweet sauce These were surprising good after removing the abundance of overly sweet sauce that drowned the ribs. Why not have have sauce on the side? This way it can be added as preferred. Ribs seemed to be of good quality with a nice amount of meat on the bones and little fat. Will buy again for a quick bbq fix when I don't feel like making them from scratch.
