Creamy Ham and Broccoli Gnocchi

INGREDIENTS


  • 1½ cups whipping cream
  • cup Dijon mustard
  • 1 (16-ounce) package potato gnocchi
  • 1 (12-ounce) package HORMEL® CURE 81® Cubed Ham
  • 2 cups chopped broccoli
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

DIRECTIONS


In large ovenproof skillet, combine cream and mustard. Bring to a boil. Cook over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes or until slightly thickened, stirring occasionally. Add gnocchi, ham and broccoli. Cook 5 minutes. Sprinkle top with cheese. Broil 2 to 3 minutes or until golden brown. Serves 4.
