Ham-Cranberry-Brie Crostini with Balsamic Glaze

INGREDIENTS


  • 1 (12-ounce) French baguette, sliced into 1/2-inch slices
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 4 ounces HORMEL® CURE 81® Classic Boneless Ham, thinly sliced
  • 1 (8-ounce) round Brie cheese
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • Garnish: Balsamic glaze and arugula leaves

DIRECTIONS


Heat oven to 375°F.
Brush baguette slices with olive oil and bake 8 minutes or until slightly toasted. Slice brie into thin strips and place on bread. Top with prosciutto and a heaping teaspoon of cranberry sauce. Garnish with glaze and arugula leaves, if desired.
