INGREDIENTS


  • 1 bag (32-ounce) frozen shredded hash brown potatoes, thawed
  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon freshly ground pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 3 cups HORMEL® CURE 81® Classic Boneless Ham, chopped
  • 8 large eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cups grated sharp Cheddar cheese

DIRECTIONS


Heat oven to 350°F.
In large bowl, combine hash browns and next 4 ingredients. Stir in ham until combined. Spoon mixture into lightly greased 13- x 9-inch baking dish. In small bowl, whisk together eggs, milk and 2 cups cheese; pour mixture over hash browns.
Bake 45 minutes. Loosely cover with foil and bake 15 minutes more.
