INGREDIENTS


  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon HOUSE OF TSANG® Ginger Flavored Soy Sauce
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon freshly ground pepper
  • 2 pounds carrots, peeled 
  • 4 shallots, sliced
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley leaves

DIRECTIONS


Heat oven to 400°F.
In small bowl, whisk together honey and next 4 ingredients. In large bowl, toss together carrots, shallots and honey mixture. Place carrots on jelly-roll pan. Bake 30 minutes or until tender. Sprinkle with parsley.
