Hot Ham and Cheese Dip

COOK TIME: 30 minutes

TOTAL TIME: 35 minutes

INGREDIENTS


  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • ½ onion, finely diced
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1-½ cups HORMEL® CURE 81® Diced Ham
  • 1 cup grated Swiss cheese
  • ½ cup grated Cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup grated Provolone cheese
  • 2 teaspoons chopped chives

DIRECTIONS


1. Heat oven to 350°F.
2. Melt butter in medium skillet over medium heat. Stir in onions and continue cooking, stirring occasionally, until onions are soft and golden. Add cream cheese to skillet and stir until very soft and beginning to melt.
3. Add remaining ingredients and continue stirring until everything is well combined.
4. Pour into 8x8 baking dish. Bake for 20 minutes, or until the cheese has fully melted.
5. Serve with crackers, chips or small slices of bread.
