Pineapple Rum Glaze

 

INGREDIENTS


  • ½ cup pineapple jam
  • ¼ cup packed brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons dark rum
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground pepper

DIRECTIONS


In small saucepan, heat all ingredients until sugar is dissolved. Makes approximately ¾ cup, enough to glaze 8 to 9-pound ham.
