|cup firmly packed dark brown sugar
|tablespoon Dijon mustard
|cup cider vinegar
|HORMEL® CURE 81® Bone-In Half Ham (7 to 9-pounds)
Heat oven to 325°F.
In small saucepan, over medium heat, bring honey and remaining ingredients to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer 2 minutes.
Cook ham according to package directions, basting every 30 minutes with honey mixture.
