½ cup honey
¼ cup apple butter
¼ cup firmly packed dark brown sugar
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
¼ cup cider vinegar
1 HORMEL® CURE 81® Bone-In Half Ham (7 to 9-pounds)


  1. Heat oven to 325°F.

  2. In small saucepan, over medium heat, bring honey and remaining ingredients to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer 2 minutes.

  3. Cook ham according to package directions, basting every 30 minutes with honey mixture.
