How To Prep

Oven for Raw Bacon
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Separate slices and place on rack in shallow pan.
  3. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or to desired crispness.

  1. Place bacon slices in skillet. Cook over medium-low heat, turning frequently, to desired crispness.
  2. Drain on paper towels.

How To Prep

Air Fryer for Fully Cooked Bacon
  1. Place bacon slices in cold air fryer basket.
  2. Heat for 2 minutes at 350°F.
  3. Let bacon stand for 2 minutes.
  4. Appliances vary. Heating times given are approximate.

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Place bacon on baking pan.
  3. Heat for 4 minutes.

Microwave for Fully Cooked Bacon
  1. Remove from package and place desired number of slices in a single layer on a microwave-safe plate or paper towel (double thickness).
  2. Heat on high until warm and to desired crispness.
    1. 2 slices – 10 seconds.
    2. 4 slices – 15 seconds.

  1. Heat bacon for 1½ minutes on each side.

Microwave Ready Bacon
  1. Place unopened 4-slice bacon packet in microwave.
  2. Microwave on high (100% power)
    1. If Thawed: 2 to 2-1/2 minutes or until crisp.
    2. If Frozen: 3 to 3-1/2 minutes or until crisp.
    3. During cooking, the packet will balloon in order to self-vent.

Cooking Tips: Rotate packet if you experience uneven cooking.

Note: All microwaves will vary. Cooking times are based on microwaves with 850 watts of cooking power and equipped with a turntable. Allow more or less cooking time based on your microwave’s wattage and past cooking experiences.
