INGREDIENTS


  • 1 (12-ounce) package HORMEL® BLACK LABEL® Pecanwood bacon
  • 2 (12-ounce) packages broccoli florets, chopped
  • 1 cup red seedless grapes, halved
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon celery seed
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ cup chopped toasted slivered almonds

DIRECTIONS


Cook bacon according to package directions; drain, cool and crumble. In large bowl, combine broccoli, bacon and next 3 ingredients. In small bowl, stir together mayonnaise and next 4 ingredients. Pour mayonnaise mixture over broccoli mixture, tossing to combine. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Top with toasted almonds just before serving.
