Garlic and Ginger Glazed Sticky Pork

SERVINGS: 8

INGREDIENTS

  • ½ cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons chili garlic sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
  • 1 package HORMEL® Teriyaki Pork Tenderloin, cut into strips
  • 2 tablespoons canola
  • 5 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh ginger, grated
  • 4 green onions, cut into 1-inch slices
  • Cooked white rice

DIRECTIONS

1. In small bowl, whisk together honey and next 3 ingredients. Set aside.
2. In large heavy-bottomed skillet, over medium high heat, heat 1 tablespoon oil. Add ½ pork, cooking 5 to 7 minutes, or until browned. Remove with slotted spoon. Repeat with remaining pork.
3. Heat remaining 1 tablespoon oil, add garlic, ginger and green onion, and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add honey mixture, bring to a boil and cook until slightly thickened. Stir in pork, tossing to coat. Serve over rice.
