1 | (1.5-pound) HORMEL® Original Pork Tenderloin |
1 | tablespoon brown sugar |
2 | teaspoons paprika |
1 | teaspoon kosher salt |
½ | teaspoon onion powder |
½ | teaspoon garlic powder |
½ | teaspoon freshly ground black pepper |
2 | carrots, peeled and coarsely chopped |
2 | parsnips, peeled and coarsely chopped |
1 | medium onion, coarsely chopped |
2 | cloves garlic, sliced |
8 | baby potatoes, quartered |
8 | fresh sage leaves, chopped |
2 | tablespoons apple cider vinegar |
Directions
Rub pork with brown sugar and next 5 ingredients. Place carrots and next 5 ingredients in a 5-quart slow cooker. Place pork over vegetables, cover and cook on low for 6 hours.
