Ham and Cheese Breakfast Bagels

INGREDIENTS
1 bagel, toasted
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
4 slices
HORMEL® CURE 81® Classic Boneless Ham
1 large egg, fried
1 slice Swiss cheese
¼ cup spinach leaves
DIRECTIONS
1. Heat oven to 400°F.
2. Spread cut side of 1 bagel half with mustard; spread remaining bagel half with mayonnaise. Top each half with 2 slices ham. Top one half with cheese and egg.
3. Place halves on baking sheet. Bake 5 minutes until heated through and cheese is melted. Place spinach over cheese and top with remaining bagel half.
