  • 1 pound HORMEL® Honey Cooked Ham, sliced extra thick, diced
  • 1 cup uncooked white rice
  • 2 cups vegetable stock
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • ½ cup fresh or frozen green peas
  • 1 cup diced pineapple
  • 2 tablespoons sugar

3. Stir cooked rice into ham mixture.  Add sugar, pepper, garlic powder, soy sauce and Sriracha sauce, stirring.
4. Make a small well in center of pan by pushing rice to the sides.
5. Pour in egg; cook 1 minute without stirring, then stir egg gently, avoiding rice mixture. When egg is fully cooked, stir into rice mixture.
