Herb Marinated Pork Filet
Herb Marinated Pork Filet
INGREDIENTS
1 (18.4-ounce)
HORMEL® Original Pork Loin Filet
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons mild olive oil
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
2 tablespoons
HERB-OX® Chicken Granulated Bouillon
1 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary
1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme
½ teaspoon chopped fresh sage
¼ teaspoon freshly ground pepper
DIRECTIONS
1. Brush pork with lemon juice.
2. In small bowl, combine remaining ingredients; mix well. Rub mixture over pork. Arrange pork in baking dish. Cover; refrigerate several hours or overnight.
3. Prepare grill for medium heat.
4. Grill pork 12 to 15 minutes or until internal temperature of pork reaches 155°F to 160°F. Pair with a side salad or your favorite grilled vegetables.
