Southwestern Pork Tostadas

INGREDIENTS


  • 1 (32-ounce) package HORMEL® BBQ Seasoned Pork Roast
  • 12 corn tostada shells
  • 1 (15-ounce) can refried beans, warmed
  • 1½ cups shredded lettuce
  • ¾ cup shredded Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese blend
  • Salsa, sour cream and guacamole, if desired

DIRECTIONS


Prepare pork as package directs. Remove pork from cooking liquid; discard cooking liquid. Using two forks, shred pork. Spread each tostada with refried beans. Top with shredded pork, lettuce and cheese. Top with
salsa, sour cream and guacamole, if desired.
