Stir-Fry Pork with Peanuts

DIRECTIONS


1. In wok or large skillet, heat oil over high heat. Add pork and gingerroot; stir-fry 4 to 5 minutes or until pork is lightly browned.
2. Add onions to wok; stir-fry 1 minute. Stir in stir-fry sauce. Cook 1 to 2 minutes longer or until heated thoroughly.
3. Spoon pork mixture over hot rice. Sprinkle with peanuts.
