|¼||cup HOUSE OF TSANG® Hoisin Stir-Fry Sauce|
|1||large egg, lightly beaten|
|⅓||cup dried breadcrumbs|
|⅓||cup chopped fresh cilantro leaves|
|¼||cup chopped green onions|
|½||cup HOUSE OF TSANG® Ginger-Sriracha Stir-Fry Sauce|
Heat oven to 400°F.
In large bowl, gently combine turkey and next 5 ingredients. Shape into 1 ½-inch balls and place on lightly greased jelly roll pan.
Bake 30 minutes, turning once, or until turkey is cooked through. Always cook turkey to well-done, 165°F as measured by a meat thermometer. Remove from oven and brush with ginger-sriracha sauce.
