| 6 | slices HORMEL® NATURAL CHOICE® Uncured Pepperoni Sandwich Style | 
| ½ | cup arugula, divided | 
| Marinated Red Onions | |

| 1 | small red onion, sliced into rings | 
| ½ | cup olive oil | 
| 1 | tablespoon red wine vinegar | 
| 2 | teaspoons dried oregano | 
| 2 | teaspoons balsamic vinegar | 
| ¼ | teaspoon salt | 
Directions
For the Italian Sub
- In bowl of food processor, place mayonnaise, peppers and salt. Process until completely combined. Set aside. 
- Spread cut sides of rolls with mayonnaise mixture. Layer 2 cheese slice halves on one side of each roll. Layer salami, ham and pepperoni on other side of each roll. 
- Broil 5 to 7 minutes or until cheese is melted, bread is toasted and pepperoni is beginning to crisp. 
- Top with arugula and Marinated Red Onions. Sandwich together. 
For the Marinated Red Onions
- In bowl, combine ingredients. Let stand at room temperature, stirring occasionally, 1 hour or until onions are softened. Store in refrigerator.
