DIRECTIONS
- Cook bacon until slightly cooked but not crispy. Wrap bacon tightly around brats, tucking in ends.
- Heat grill to 350°F. Spray grill with non-stick cooking spray. Place bacon wrapped brats on grill and cook 5 to 7 minutes each side or until bacon is fully cooked and crisped.
- Serve brats on toasted buns with Chili Beer Cheese Sauce, onions and jalapenos.
Make Chili Beer Cheese Sauce:
In medium saucepan over medium heat, pour beer. Simmer 2 to 3 minutes. Add chili, cream cheese and shredded cheese. Cook 2 to 3 minutes, stirring, until combined and smooth.
