¼ cup bottled ranch dressing
3 tablespoons HORMEL® Real Bacon Pieces
2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
2 tablespoons thinly sliced green onions
2 tablespoons lime juice
pinch salt and pepper
4 ounces peeled and cooked medium shrimp, coarsely chopped
1 large, ripe avocado, halved and seed removed
Garnish: HORMEL® Real Bacon Pieces, dill sprigs, thinly sliced green onion and lime wedge


  1. In a medium bowl, combine dressing, bacon, dill, green onions, lime juice, salt and pepper. Stir in shrimp.

  2. Scoop avocado from shell using a teaspoon; add to bowl. Reserve avocado skins. Fold avocado into shrimp mixture. Spoon mixture into avocado skins.

  3. Garnish with extra bacon.
