8 slices HORMEL® BLACK LABEL® Maple Bacon
½ medium yellow onion
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup chili sauce
¼ teaspoon apple cider vinegar
3 tablespoons dark brown sugar
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons coarse-ground mustard
1 tablespoon chili powder
2 teaspoons paprika


  1. Cook bacon according to package directions, reserving 1 tablespoon drippings.

  2. In medium saucepan heat drippings over medium heat.

  3. Cook onion and garlic in hot drippings until softened.

  4. Stir in chili sauce and remaining ingredients and cook 20 minutes over medium-low heat, stirring often.
