Ingredients
1 | (16.3-ounce) can large flaky layer biscuits |
16 | frozen meatballs |
16 | ½-inch Cheddar cheese cubes |
8 | slices HORMEL® BLACK LABEL® Maple Black Pepper Bacon, cut in half |
Ketchup and mustard |
Directions
Heat oven to 400° F
Separate dough into 8 biscuits. Separate each biscuit in half and press into 3 inch circle. Place 1 meatball in center of each dough circle. Top with cheese cube and wrap dough around meatball and cheese cube, pressing to seal.
Place bacon slices on paper towel-lined plate. Cover with paper towels and microwave on HIGH 2 minutes. Wrap each bomb with 1 bacon slice and secure with wooden pick.
Place bombs on parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Bake 20 minutes or until dough and bacon are cooked through. Serve with ketchup and mustard.
