|2||cups whole milk|
|1||cup grated Monterey jack cheese|
|Jalapeno Bacon-Wrapped Tots|
|1||pound HORMEL® BLACK LABEL® Premium Jalapeño Bacon, cut each slice into 3 ½-inch lengths|
|24||frozen tater tots, thawed|
For the Cheese Sauce
In medium saucepan on medium heat, melt butter.
Add flour, salt, and pepper, whisking over medium heat 1 minute.
Add milk gradually while whisking. Heat to boiling.
Add cheese until melted.
For the Jalapeno Bacon-Wrapped Tots
In large saucepan over medium heat, heat oil to 375°F.
Roll slice of bacon around each tater tot. Secure with wooden pick.
Cook each tater tot in oil 2 minutes, or until bacon is crisp.
Serve with warm cheese sauce for dipping.
