Get ready for a flavor explosion with this buffalo chili dip! Made with a generous amount of cheese, cayenne pepper sauce, and HORMEL® chili. Simply mix the ingredients and bake until bubbly, serving warm with tortilla chips.

1 (15-ounce) can HORMEL® with Beans
4 ounces cream cheese, cut into cubes
1½ fluid ounces shredded cheddar cheese, divided
cup cayenne pepper sauce
¼ cup crumbled blue cheese
2 tablespoons chopped celery
2 tablespoons chopped green onions
Tortilla chips and celery sticks, for serving


  1. Heat oven to 350°F.

  2. Spray 10-inch ovenproof skillet with nonstick cooking spray. In skillet, mix chili, cream cheese, 1 cup cheese and pepper sauce. Heat over medium-high heat 2 to 3 minutes, stirring constantly, until cheese is melted and mixture is bubbly.

  3. Top with remaining cheese. Bake uncovered 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.

  4. Top with blue cheese and green onions. Serve warm with tortilla chips and celery sticks.
