1 (11-ounce) bag tortilla chips
1 (15-ounce) can HORMEL® Chili Hot With Beans
1 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup grilled corn kernels
1 jalapeno pepper, sliced
Suggested toppings: Sour cream, Pico de Gallo and guacamole


  1. Heat gas or charcoal grill to medium heat.

  2. In large cast iron skillet, arrange the chips. Top with chili, cheeses and jalapeno slices. Place on grill. Cover. Grill 8 to 10 minutes, or until chili is hot and cheese is melted.

  3. Remove from grill. Top and serve with suggested toppings.
