Chili Beer Cheese Sauce
1 cup beer
1 (15-ounce) can HORMEL® Chili No Bean with American Cheese
3 ounces cream cheese
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
Chili Beer Cheese Bacon Brat
8 strips HORMEL® BLACK LABEL® Bacon
8 fully cooked cheddar brats
8 pretzel hotdog buns, split and toasted
Chili Beer Cheese Sauce
1 cup sautéed onions
2 jalapenos, sliced


For the Chili Beer Cheese Sauce

  1. In medium saucepan over medium heat, pour beer. Simmer 2 to 3 minutes. Add chili, cream cheese and shredded cheese.

  2. Cook 2 to 3 minutes, stirring, until combined and smooth.

For the Chili Beer Cheese Bacon Brat

  1. Cook bacon until slightly cooked but not crispy. Wrap bacon tightly around brats, tucking in ends.

  2. Heat grill to 350°F. Spray grill with non-stick cooking spray. Place bacon wrapped brats on grill and cook 5 to 7 minutes each side or until bacon is fully cooked and crisped.

  3. Serve brats on toasted buns with Chili Beer Cheese Sauce, onions and jalapenos.
