1 (11-ounce) bag HERDEZ® Tortilla Chips
2 (15-ounce) cans HORMEL® Chili with Beans
2 cups CHI-CHI’S® salsa
2 shredded cheddar cheese, divided
½ cup chopped fresh cilantro leaves


  1. Heat oven to 350°F.

  2. Coarsely crush chips in bag. Place in large mixing bowl. Stir in chili, salsa, 1 cup shredded cheese and cilantro; mix well.

  3. Spread mixture in lightly greased 13- x 9-inch baking dish.

  4. Top with remaining cheese.

  5. Bake 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
