8 ounces uncooked macaroni
1 (15 ounce) can HORMEL® Chili with Beans
1½ cups CHI-CHI’S® salsa
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 tablespoon chili powder
2 cups shredded marble Jack cheese, divided


  1. Heat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease 2½-quart baking dish. Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain well. Pour into large bowl.

  2. In large bowl, toss chili, salsa, green pepper and chili powder with cooked macaroni until well mixed.

  3. Stir in 1½ cups cheese. Spoon into prepared casserole. Top with remaining ½ cup cheese. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until hot and cheese is melted and lightly browned.
