Enjoy the flavors of chili, cream and salsa Verde, along with freshly chopped veggies in each bite with these chili sheet pan quesadillas!
|1||(15-ounce) can HORMEL® Chili with Beans|
|1||cup shredded cheddar cheese|
|4||tablespoons chopped green onions|
|2||(12-inch) flour tortillas|
|Toppings: Chopped cilantro, crema and salsa Verde|
Heat oven to 400°F.
In medium bowl, combine chili, cheese and green onions.
Spread ½ of the chili mixture on one half of one tortilla. Fold tortilla and place on large rimmed baking sheet. Spread remaining chili mixture on other tortilla to bake 2 at a time.
Bake 10 to 14 minutes or until tortillas are crispy and golden brown.
Serve with desired toppings.
