1 (15-ounce) can HORMEL® Chili no Beans
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
16 (6-inch) corn tortillas
1 cup vegetable oil
Suggested toppings: shredded lettuce, diced tomato, sliced red onion, sliced radishes, Mexican crema, crumbled queso fresco, salsa


  1. In medium bowl, combine chili and cheese.

  2. Place 2 tablespoons chili mixture on each tortilla. Fold in half; secure with toothpicks if needed.

  3. In large skillet over medium-high heat, heat oil. Fry tacos, a few at a time, 2 to 3 minutes or until lightly browned, turning occasionally. Transfer fried tacos to paper-towel-lined tray.

  4. Serve tacos with suggested toppings.
