Ingredients
2 | (15 ounce) HORMEL® Chunky Chili with Beans |
½ | cup shredded Monterey Jack |
½ | cup shredded cheddar cheese |
½ | cup chopped green onion |
½ | cup pico de gallo |
1 | jalapeño sliced |
¼ | cup chopped cilantro leaves |
Tortilla chips | |
Garnish: sour cream |
Directions
Heat oven to 400°F.
In 10-inch cast-iron skillet add chili. Sprinkle with cheeses and green onions.
Bake 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
Top with pico de gallo, jalapeño and cilantro. Serve with tortilla chips. Garnish with sour cream, if desired.
