2 (15-ounce) can HORMEL® Chili no Bean
1 (1-pound) package pasteurized prepared cheese product, cubed
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, cubed
8 ounces smoked gouda, cubed
8 ounces pepper jack cheese, cubed
1 (10-ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chilies
1 jalapeno pepper, finely chopped
1 red bell pepper, diced
½ large red onion, diced
1 tablespoon minced garlic
¼ cup chopped cilantro


  1. Prepare smoker or grill using indirect heat, water pan and wood chips.

  2. In 9×13-inch aluminum pan, place all ingredients.

  3. Smoke at 225°F for 50 minutes, or until melted. Stir. Garnish with additional chopped cilantro, if desired.
