Ingredients
1 | tablespoon olive oil |
1 | small onion, chopped |
1 | jalapeño pepper, sliced |
2 | (15-ounce) cans HORMEL® Chili |
8 | pounds campanelle pasta, uncooked |
1 | (15-ounce) can diced tomatoes, undrained |
2 | cups vegetable broth |
1 | cup shredded cheddar cheese |
Directions
In large Dutch-oven over medium heat, heat oil.
Add onion and jalapeño and cook 5 minutes or until onion is translucent.
Stir in chili and next 3 ingredients.
Bring mixture to a boil; reduce heat to medium- low. Simmer 20 minutes or until pasta is tender.
Stir in cheese.
