1 cup blood orange juice
1 cup pure maple syrup
3 tablespoons DI LUSSO® Dijon Mustard
1 habanero pepper, diced
1 tablespoon finely grated ginger root
1 (8 to 9-pound) HORMEL® CURE 81® Bone-In Whole Ham, 8 to 9 pounds
Bay leaves, blood oranges and habanero peppers, for garnish


  1. Heat oven to 325°F.

  2. In small bowl, whisk together orange juice, maple syrup, mustard, habanero and ginger. Cook over medium heat, stirring until well combined. Set aside.

  3. Bake ham according to package directions, brushing with glaze several times during baking. Place ham on platter. Arrange bay leaves, oranges and habaneros around ham
