|8||large egg, fried|
|8||slices Swiss cheese|
|2||cups spinach leaves|
Heat oven to 400°F.
Spread cut side of 1 bagel half with 1tablespoon mustard; spread remaining bagel half with 1 tablespoon mayonnaise. Top each half with 2 slices ham. Top one half with cheese and egg.
Place halves on baking sheet. Bake 5 minutes until heated through and cheese is melted. Place spinach over cheese and top with remaining bagel half
