 
          Ingredients
| 1 | pound HORMEL® Honey Ham, sliced extra thick, diced | 
| 1 | cup uncooked white rice | 
| 2 | cups vegetable stock | 
| 2 | tablespoons sesame oil | 
| ½ | cup fresh or frozen green peas | 
| 1 | cup diced pineapple | 
| 2 | tablespoons sugar | 
| 1 | teaspoon black pepper | 
| 1 | teaspoon garlic powder | 
| ¼ | cup soy sauce | 
| 1 | tablespoon Sriracha sauce | 
| 2 | large eggs, well beaten | 
| ½ | cup toasted cashews | 
Directions
- In medium saucepan, cook rice in stock according to package directions. 
- Meanwhile, in large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add peas, ham and pineapple. Cook 3 to 5 minutes or until heated through. 
- Stir cooked rice into ham mixture. Add sugar, pepper, garlic powder, soy sauce and Sriracha sauce, stirring. 
- Make a small well in center of pan by pushing rice to the sides. 
- Pour in egg; cook 1 minute without stirring, then stir egg gently, avoiding rice mixture. When egg is fully cooked, stir into rice mixture. 
- Spoon fried rice into bowls; top with cashews.
