 
          Ham and Spinach Puff Pastries are elegant treats that make for a delightful appetizer or a light meal option. Encased in flaky and buttery puff pastry, each pastry is filled with a luscious blend of HORMEL® CURE 81® Diced Ham, creamy Alfredo sauce, spinach, and cheese. This hand-held delicacy is so good, you’ll be reaching for another.
Ingredients
| 1 | (17.3-ounce) package frozen puff pastry | 
| 1 | cup jarred Alfredo sauce | 
| 8 | ounces HORMEL® CURE 81® Diced Ham | 
| 2 | cups finely chopped spinach | 
| 1 | cup shredded Swiss cheese | 
| 1 | large egg, lightly beaten | 
| 1 | tablespoon water | 
Directions
- Heat oven to 400°F. 
- Cut the puff pastry sheets into 5-inch squares. Set aside in the refrigerator. 
- In medium saucepan, heat Alfredo sauce over medium heat. Stir in spinach, ham and cheese and cook 1 minute. 
- Arrange puff pastry squares on parchment paper lined baking sheet. Spoon 2 scant tablespoons of Alfredo mixture in center, leaving ½-inch border. 
- In small bowl, whisk together egg and water. Brush edges of pastry and bake 20 minutes, until puffed and golden.
