6 large eggs, lightly beaten
½ cup milk
3 (7.5-ounce) cans refrigerated biscuit dough
2 cups HORMEL® CURE 81® Classic Boneless Ham, coarsely chopped
¼ cup chopped green onions
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese


  1. Heat oven to 350°F.

  2. In large bowl whisk together eggs and milk.

  3. Separate dough into 30 biscuits; cut each biscuit into quarters.

  4. Gently stir biscuit pieces into egg mixture. Fold in ham, 1 cup cheese and green onions.

  5. Place mixture in lightly greased 2-1/2 quart baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining 1 cup cheese and bake 45 minutes or until eggs are set.
