1 bag (32-ounce) frozen shredded hash brown potatoes, thawed
4 tablespoons butter, melted
1 teaspoon kosher salt
½ teaspoon freshly ground pepper
½ teaspoon garlic powder
3 cups HORMEL® CURE 81® Classic Boneless Ham, chopped
8 eggs, lightly beaten
1 cup milk
2 cups grated sharp Cheddar cheese


  1. Heat oven to 350°F.

  2. In large bowl, combine hash browns and next 4 ingredients. Stir in ham until combined.

  3. Spoon mixture into lightly greased 13- x 9-inch baking dish.

  4. In small bowl, whisk together eggs, milk and 2 cups cheese; pour mixture over hash browns.

  5. Bake 45 minutes. Loosely cover with foil and bake 15 minutes more.
