| 2 | tablespoons honey |
| 1 | tablespoon Dijon mustard |
| 1 | tablespoon HOUSE OF TSANG® Ginger Flavored Soy Sauce |
| ½ | teaspoon kosher salt |
| ½ | teaspoon freshly ground pepper |
| 2 | pounds carrots, peeled |
| 4 | shallots, sliced |
| ¼ | cup chopped fresh parsley leaves |
Directions
Heat oven to 400°F.
In small bowl, whisk together honey and next 4 ingredients.
In large bowl, toss together carrots, shallots and honey mixture.
Place carrots on jelly-roll pan. Bake 30 minutes or until tender. Sprinkle with parsley.
