2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon HOUSE OF TSANG® Ginger Flavored Soy Sauce
½ teaspoon kosher salt
½ teaspoon freshly ground pepper
2 pounds carrots, peeled
4 shallots, sliced
¼ cup chopped fresh parsley leaves


  1. Heat oven to 400°F.

  2. In small bowl, whisk together honey and next 4 ingredients.

  3. In large bowl, toss together carrots, shallots and honey mixture.

  4. Place carrots on jelly-roll pan. Bake 30 minutes or until tender. Sprinkle with parsley.
