Replace traditional bread with crispy and golden frozen waffles in the Monte Cristo Waffle Sandwich. Thinly sliced HORMEL® CURE 81® Classic Boneless Ham, gooey cheese, and a luscious spread of raspberry jam will cure a sweet tooth and salty craving at the same time.

8 frozen waffles
½ cup seedless raspberry jam
8 ounces HORMEL® CURE 81® Classic Boneless Ham, thinly sliced
1 (8-ounce) package Monterey jack cheese, shredded


  1. Heat waffles according to package directions.

  2. Assemble sandwiches by dividing ¼ cup raspberry jam evenly among 4 waffles.

  3. Layer with ham and cheese and top with remaining raspberry jam and waffles.

  4. Heat griddle to medium heat and place sandwiches on griddle. Cook 5 to 7 minutes on each side or until cheese is melted.
