Bacon Wrapped Jalapeño Pork is an explosion on your taste buds! HORMEL® Original Pork Tenderloin and HORMEL® BLACK LABEL® Jalapeño Bacon come together for a flavor-filled pairing that packs a punch.
|1||(1.25-pound) package HORMEL® Original Pork Tenderloin|
|¾||teaspoon kosher salt, divided|
|¼||teaspoon freshly ground pepper|
|8||slices HORMEL® BLACK LABEL® Jalapeño Bacon|
|2||cups chopped fresh cilantro|
|3||jalapeño peppers, sliced|
|3||tablespoons fresh lime juice|
|¼||cup olive oil|
Season tenderloin with ½ teaspoon salt and pepper. Wrap bacon slices around tenderloin, securing with wooden picks.
Grill over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes on each side or until internal temperature reaches 145°. Loosely cover and let stand 10 minutes.
Add jalapeños to grill; grill 3 minutes on each side or until charred and softened.
In food processor, combine remaining ingredients and jalapeños and process until smooth. Slice pork and serve with jalapeño chimichurri.
