|(1.25-pound) packageâ¯HORMEL® Original Pork Tenderloin
|teaspoon kosher salt, divided
|teaspoon freshly ground pepper
|slices HORMEL®â¯BLACK LABEL®â¯Jalapeño Bacon
|cups chopped fresh cilantro
|jalapeño peppers, sliced
|tablespoons fresh lime juice
|cup olive oil
Season tenderloin with ½ teaspoon salt and pepper. Wrap bacon slices around tenderloin, securing with wooden picks.
Grill over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes on each side or until internal temperature reaches 145°. Loosely cover and let stand 10 minutes.
Add jalapeños to grill; grill 3 minutes on each side or until charred and softened.
In food processor, combine remaining ingredients and jalapeños and process until smooth. Slice pork and serve with jalapeño chimichurri.
