Ingredients
| ½ | cup honey |
| 2 | tablespoons soy sauce |
| 2 | tablespoons chili garlic sauce |
| 1 | tablespoon rice wine vinegar |
| 1 | package HORMEL® Teriyaki Pork Tenderloin, cut into strips |
| 2 | tablespoons canola |
| 5 | cloves garlic, finely chopped |
| 2 | tablespoons fresh ginger, grated |
| 4 | green onions, cut into 1-inch slices |
| Cooked white rice |
Directions
In small bowl, whisk together honey and next 3 ingredients. Set aside.
In large heavy-bottomed skillet, over medium high heat, heat 1 tablespoon oil. Add ½ pork, cooking 5 to 7 minutes, or until browned. Remove with slotted spoon. Repeat with remaining pork.
Heat remaining 1 tablespoon oil, add garlic, ginger and green onion, and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add honey mixture, bring to a boil and cook until slightly thickened. Stir in pork, tossing to coat. Serve over rice.
