|1||(20-ounce) container HORMEL® Mashed Potatoes|
|1||(12-ounce) jar pork gravy|
|¼||cup chopped fresh parsley leaves|
|2||teaspoons chopped fresh rosemary leaves|
|2||teaspoons chopped fresh thyme leaves|
Cook pork according to package directions. Let stand 10 minutes and slices.
Heat potatoes according to package directions.
In small saucepan, heat gravy over medium heat. Stir in herbs and cook 2 to 3 minutes or until fragrant; stain through a fine wire mesh strainer.
Spoon potatoes onto serving platter. Top with pork slices.
