|1||(1- pound) package HORMEL® Teriyaki Pork Tenderloin|
|6||cups Napa cabbage, thinly sliced|
|3||green onions, sliced|
|½||English cucumber, sliced|
|1||red bell pepper, thinly sliced|
|1||cup mint leaves|
|¼||cup HOUSE OF TSANG® ginger flavored soy sauce|
|¼||cup olive oil|
|2||tablespoons light brown sugar|
|4||garlic cloves, minced|
|Juice and zest of 2 limes|
|Garnish: chopped cashews|
Grill pork on stovetop grill, over medium heat, turning occasionally, 10 minutes on each side or until internal temperature reaches 145°.
Loosely cover with aluminum foil and let stand 15 minutes before slicing.
In large bowl, toss together Napa cabbage and next 4 ingredients.
In small bowl, whisk together soy sauce and next 4 ingredients. Place pork slices over salad and drizzle with desired amount of dressing. Garnish with chopped cashews, if desired.
