1 sandwich
2 croissants
2 tablespoons butter
2 teaspoons honey
1 tablespoon fig jam
¼ cup arugula
6 slices HORMEL® NATURAL CHOICE® Cherrywood Smoked Deli Ham
3 slices brie cheese
2 teaspoons chopped toasted pecans


  1. Flatten croissants with a rolling pin.

  2. In medium nonstick skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Place flattened croissants in pan. Cook 1 to 2 minutes, flattening with back of spatula, or until golden brown and crispy. Drizzle each with 1 teaspoon honey before flipping over to brown other side. Remove from pan.

  3. Top one croissant with fig jam, arugula, ham, cheese and pecans. Top with remaining croissant.
